A short video of an online tour JR EAST & JAPONISM Virtual Sake Brewery Tour held on March 21, 2021, is posted on the YouTube channel Eastern Japan Rail Magic.

The video introduces a virtual viewing of the brewery of Nanbu Bijin, and an animation that explains the percent of rice grain remaining after polishing sake rice. The virtual tour was guided by Mrs. Mika Shiraishi (a member of JAPONISM, the sponsor) and Mr. Masaaki Hirano (a sales manager of Nanbu Bijin). 200 participants from around the world enjoyed a unique experience to view the process of sake brewing in real-time.
